Beginning his career in the Trinidad & Tobago Fire Service, Kevin rose through the ranks to lead major national initiatives in fire hydrant infrastructure, land development planning, emergency logistics, and operational standards. His innovative work includes designing national GIS procedures, training over 190 emergency responders in mobile GIS solutions, and authoring the first-ever Fire Hydrant Operations Manual and Standard Operating Procedures Manual for the service.

Kevin has served as a Senior Manager and Enterprise GIS Specialist at Spatial Innovision Limited, where he delivered enterprise GIS solutions for sectors including disaster management, military, public safety, and tourism.
